When your Faith gets tested...

1. Take a deep breath and remind yourself of your inner strength.

2. Remind yourself of all the times you have been through difficult trials and have come out stronger.

3. Talk to a supportive friend or family member to help you get through this difficult time.

4. Make a list of all the things that you are grateful for in your life.

5. Take some time for yourself to relax and practice self-care.

6. Find ways to serve or give back to your community.

7. Pray or meditate to find clarity and peace.

8. Talk to a trusted mentor or spiritual guide for guidance and wisdom.

9. Read inspirational passages or quotes to help you stay positive.

10. Remind yourself of your faith and the power of perseverance.
